• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.

• 1 to 2 years of experience is an advantage

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales volume and operating income targets.
• Develop the selling skills of distributors, salesmen.
• Ensure proper execution of marketing plans and programs.
• Ensure superior customer service is being observed at every customer touchpoint.
• Participate in and perform any special projects that will contribute to the overall success of the business.
